Job Description (Hybrid Remote - Sayreville, NJ Office): As our In-House Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our digital channels.


You will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, implement advertising campaigns, monitor social media trends, and analyze performance metrics.


  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to achieve brand objectives and drive business growth.

  • Create engaging and shareable content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring user engagement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor social media trends, identify new opportunities, and propose creative ideas to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies and improve ROI.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new social media platforms/tools.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer, preferably in-house.

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Strong understanding of branding and ability to align social media strategies with brand guidelines.

  • Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for social media.

  • Experience in managing social media accounts and handling user interactions.

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to analyze and interpret data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
