’23 NJ Star Massive 6'7" TE/DE Logan Howland Plays Huge Part in Undefeated HUN Raiders ’21 Campaign
Princeton, NJ: It is hard to miss the Hun School tight end/defensive end Logan Howland on the football field, even if he is surrounded by other massive human beings.
And Howland is massive: 6’7”, 260 pounds, with a wingspan of 6’9.5” and 10” hands.
The Class of 2023 star was a huge part of the dominant 2021 campaign for the Raiders, who went 9-0 and dominated every opponent on their schedule.
Howland already has offers from 14 Division 1 FBS schools, and interest from another six, including some of the biggest names in NCAA College Football.
There is also one intangible that you will always get from a Hun player in Todd Smith’s program: every day at practice, Howland (and the rest of the players) are going up against a full squad of Division 1 players. Smith’s reputation of improving players and getting them ready for higher level athletics is second to none, and Howland will have the benefit of multiple years of practices against fellow D1 players, which means he will be ready for college from the jump.

“Howland’s raw power can be seen on his very first clip of his highlight reel. Hands out in front, he grabs an out route and proceeds to run over a would-be tackler attempting to stop him from the end zone.
“Logan has terrific agility and runs a 4.5s in the shuttle. He is long and strong (300 lbs. plus bench press), and his long-term projection is off the charts.
“The Hun School is loaded with talent and sends players to D1 schools with each graduating class. Howland is next in line and the only question for a college would be on which side of the ball they want to utilize him.”
Off the field, Howland has a 3.3 GPA in the tremendous Hun School academic program.
