Quick, Fast and Tough – ’23 Whiteville Wolfpack G/DL CeeJai Batten is Poised to Dominate
WHITEVILLE , NC - CeeJai Batten is a pure no nonsense force in the middle of the field on both sides of the ball. At 5’10” and 245 lbs., this’23 G/DL plays for the Whiteville HS Wolfpack coached by JP Price.
“Batten’s offensive blocking is terrific but the way he pulls on counters and blocks (multi levels) is beyond impressive,” said GoMVB Coach Pat Marzo. “He’s got quick feet, beats linebackers and safeties to the point of attack and when he does is simply too much for the defender to handle.” Defensively this young man is a disrupter of offensive game plans plain and simple.
Batten boasts a squat of 500 lbs. and that lower body strength shines through on film.
Academically, Batten, a member of the National Honors Society, is on point as a college prospect with his 3.83 GPA, and a desire to major in electrical engineering.
