Hand Size, Height, Speed – All the Elements of a Collegiate Wide Receiver … Lubbock’s Cooper Morris Ready To Make His Mark
LUBBOCK, TX - Class of 2023, Cooper Morris already has the speed (4.59-40), the height (6’0”), hand size (10”) and wingspan (75”) that exude the makings of a great wide receiver – a complete package. Look for him to make his mark this season and then continue to impress in ‘22 summer camps.
GoMVB’s Pat Marzo, high on Morris, had this to say, “Cooper is going into his junior year and will show that he is a playmaker. He performed really well at the TCU showcase and his measurables match up to and actually surpass 90% of receivers in his class. Morris has the speed to stretch a defense down the field but also can dominate with his length on simple digs, slants and out routes.“
As this should undoubtedly be a break out season for Cooper, scouting reports have projected Morris to be between 6’1’ and 6’2”, 195 to 210 lbs. A wideout who will run in the low to mid 4.5s by the time he’s ready for college, he’s sure to be on every OC’s board.
Lubbock High School seems to dole out one baller after another and Morris seems to be no exception. Look for him to impress over the next two years as his stock with college recruiters will undeniably continue to rise.
