TX '23 WR COOPER MORRIS MAKING PLAYS IN LUBBOCK COOPER’S SUCCESSFUL SEASON
LUBBOCK, TX – Cooper Morris, the 6’0” speedy wideout, is contributing to a loaded team during their quest for a title.
Lubbock Cooper High School is currently 6-1 and ranked 2nd in their district. Morris has played in five of those games and was solid throughout with 19 catches, 291 yards (15.3 YPC) and a touchdown. He missed two weeks due to a hip pointer.
Cooper is an excellent downfield blocker in the Lubbock run game as well.
“Morris has great measurables and big hands," said Pat Marzo, GoMVB Analyst. "He is a down field threat depicted with his 15 yards per catch but also a terrific possession receiver. Just a junior and on a team loaded with talent and just one football to share, Cooper has a bright upside."
Cooper has a 3.9 GPA and wants to major in health sciences. He has a laser verified 40 in the 4.5s.
