Fresh Off Monmouth University 7v7 Football Championship Run NJ Hudson Catholic Rising Senior QB Chris Lang Jr. is Ready for Big Summer
Freehold, NJ: There might be no summer more critical for high school athletes than the one before their senior year. Chris Lang started the summer off with a bang. Leading his Hudson Catholic team to an undefeated run in Monmouth University's 7v7 Tournament.
Lang showcased his arm strength, accuracy, and decision-making by spreading the ball out to all of his receivers while only throwing one interception through 7 games.
Lang Jr. took over under center last year and led Hudson Catholic to more wins (eight) than in the two previous seasons (seven) and its first winning season in four years as a junior.
Hudson Catholic quarterback Chris Lang Jr. has already put in so much work to get to this point: he is doing the extra things to get to that next level.
After his first season with Hudson Catholic, Lang Jr. has had a busy off-season. Taking visits to Wagner, West Liberty, and Trinity. Participating in prospect camps like Rutgers, Monmouth, East Stroudsburg, Temple, and Kutztown. Lang is doing everything he can to get his name out there for scouts to see.
One thing that isn't said enough about Lang is that he is a leader on and off the field. He understands the offense and has the poise to execute.
That is what leaders do: lead by example.
